Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE British Standards Institution has published a revision of BS AU 50 Tyres and Wheels dealing specifically with off-road tyres.

This latest version specifies sizes, inflation pressures, loads and rims for off-road tyres designed for use with such vehicles as earth-movers, frontend loaders, mobile cranes and loggers with the relationship between "ply ratings" and "symbol marking" also being dealt with.

It also includes recommendations for the selection and use of such tyres for special applications and emphasises the precautions that should be taken when the associated vehicles are driven on the highway for delivery or are moved from site to site.
