• The Aberdeen Road Transport Instruction Centre (ARTIC) was officially opened last week by RT1TB directorgeneral Mr Eric Tindall. The group comprises 17 member companies operating 404 vehicles with a work force of 643. The Training Board have supplied a 32-ton AEC Mandator with York trailer.
