This unit was mounted on an AEC Mercury chassis cab TGM4R, and was fitted with a special crosshead for lifting heavy single loads.

The picture shows the unit at work with a 10 cu. yd. Sheppard closed container—one of the light-weight series which can be converted to open by the removal of a detachable top assembly.
