BONI-I'LL CARAVAN Haulage has been given permission to base 23 vehicles and 28 trailers at its Old Kiln Farm site in Capel, Dorking subject to the following conditions: • the operator will provide the TC with bank statements and financial documents, such as overdraft facility agreements or credit card statements, that show it has access to the appropriate 3rde Haulage ANDREW THIRDE, trading as 3rde Haulage, can base one vehicle at The Yard in Church Lane, Conisholme, Lincolnshire subject to a new undertaking: • At no time and under no circumstances will any trailer be kept at the yard. The 0-licence authorises the use of one vehicle and one trailer with the only trailer authorised to be used under this licence being one owned by another entity. The licence will not authorise the use of a trailer in the holder's ownership or under an agreement for hire, hire purchase, or loan without the holder having first applied for and been granted authority to use such a trailer by a TC.
Lafarge Aggregates 7 v LAFARGE Aggregates has been given the green light to remove several 111 operating centres from its licence: • Lafarge Redland Aggregates, Great North Road, St Neots, Cambridgeshire; • Wivenhoe Gravel Pits, Alresford Road, Colchester; funds for the size and type of licence. These documents are to be received at the office of the TC by no later than 31 March 2013; • authorised vehicles shall enter the operating centre by turning left and shall leave the operating centre by turning right, from/towards the A24; • vehicles will approach Coles Lane southbound along the A24, from the Beare Green roundabout.
