• AA-DRS FLEET RESCUE POVVELL
Recovery operator AA-BRS Fleet Rescue has appointed David Powell as regional sales executive for the Midlands and Wales.
• WESTERN ICE RYAN
Jennifer Ryan has become managing director of Western Ice, the temperature controlled storage and distribution subsidiary of the Transport De
velopment Group. She joined from UB (Ross Young's) where she worked for four years, most recently as distribution director.
• ERE SALES TEAM
ERF has announced seven sales appointments: David Beales has been promoted to UK field sales manager, responsible for zone sales managers and distributor vehicle sales.
Previously he was zone sales manager in the North-East.
Allan Bennett has joined as zone sales manager — Scotland. He is responsible for distributors Eden Commercial Services, Carlisle; ERF Strathclyde; James Bowen & Sons, Edinburgh; and DF Commercials, Aberdeen. Before this he worked at an Iveco Ford dealership in Scotland.
Colin House has been promoted from sales administration manager to zone sales manager — North-East. He is responsible for Reliance Commercial Vehicles, Brighouse; Dutton Forshaw North-East, Blaydon-on-Tyne; and Thoroughbred Trucks, Grimsby.
Mike Rowley is the new UK national accounts manager, responsible for four staff. He was national accounts manager for the North.
Steve Bristow has been appointed national accounts manager. He joined from Perkins where he was regional manager — sales.
Ken Heatley has moved across from ERF's fleet service support department to
become national accounts co-ordinator.
Finally, Les Edwards has been transferred from ERF's service department to become sales administration manager.
• HAYS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
8IRCHAM Kim Bircham is the new distribution centre controller at Hays Distribution Services' Theale depot. He moves from the Hays depot at Snodland, near Maidstone, Kent.
