FORTH RIGHT • Authorities responsible for the road network round the Forth Road Bridge near Edinburgh are to draw up shortterm measures to fight the growing congestion problems near the bridge.
A steering committee will look at ways of improving public transport, with additional light vehicle lanes on the bridge, traffic management systems, and new toll collection methods.
