Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INCREASED safety and greater efficiency are claimed for the Yale battery-electric hand pallet truck from Eaton. It has a lift capacity of 1,500 kg (3,3001b) and is available either with or without integral battery charger.

The steering handle houses the speed controls and warning horn. A safety device ensures that the brakes are applied and the ,power cut off when the steering handle is fully raised or lowered.

The Yale MP-030E, the model without integral charger, uses one 24V lead acid battery and the MPH030F four 6V batteries. The latter model also features an automatic circuit breaker, a timer and control lights on primary and secondary circuits.

A drop-down panel on the battery compartment allows easy access to the battery assembly and a removable cowl over the drive unit covers the contactors and drive unit assembly.
