Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mounted on a two-wheeled aluminium frame, the Sedco 2.E 1000 high-pressure cleaner operates at a maximum pressure of 6,895kNisqm (1,000psi) at a flow of 91it per min (2 gal per min). It is fitted with an hydraulically actuated diaphragm pump which is assembled using only eleven bolts for easy maintenance. There are only five moving parts in the crankcase and all run in oil.

Apart from cold water the Sedco will also pump hot water or detergent solutions. It is driven by a 3.hp, 3phase electric motor. Each cleaner has 9m (30ft) of high-pressure hose, a 914mm (3ft) lance with two jets and 3.1m (10ft) of inlet hose and a strainer.
