Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two interesting new accessories have recently been added to the range marketed by G. T. Riches and Co., Ltd., 19. Store Street, London, W.C.1. These are a laminated material of strong construction, for joints and washers of various kinds and a self-winding cable-reel suitable for use in the garage, The laminated material, which consists of a layer of linen sandwiched between some of cork, is remarkably strong and a washer of this composition can be bent double and then screwed up in the fingers without its breaking. It is claimed that oil, benzoic and petrol have p22 no deleterious effect on this material, which is marketed under the name of Kentonite.

The main advantage connected with the use of the self-winding cable-reel is that it keeps the cable out of any moisture or oil which may have accumulated on the garage floor.

It is provided with a special check action so that any length of ilex can be used without there being any strain from the coiled spring.
