Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) is conducting an ongoing consultation with organisations such as the Rail Freight Group, the Road Haulage Associaton, the Freight Transport Association and the Transport for London Freight Unit into how freight and logistics will operate in London, and across the UK during the 2012 Olympic Games.

The inaugural ODA freight industry stakeholder group event in June was the first in a series of meetings designed to give transport firms an opportunity to raise any concerns.

An ODA spokesperson says: The Olympic Route Network will cover less than 2% of London's roads, and only 0.5% of London's roads will become temporary Olympic lanes to ensure athletes and officials can get to their events on time. The lanes will operate on dual carriageways and will use the off-side lane."
