nce again, the Hawk hears from Foster an Angler, the charity which provides angling weekends for children with special needs.
Doug Hulme, the charity director, says he is appealing to companies for the use of a minibus to ease a "dire transport situation". Until recently the charity used a minibus belonging to a school at which Doug worked, but he has now left his position as deputy head. Foster an Angler helps children who have been sexually abused or come from poor inner-city backgrounds.
