Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW SCHEME for reporting accidents, dangerous occurrenci and cases of ill health arising at work is outlined in a consultatil document published by the Health and Safety Commission.

The scheme includes a proposal for the systematic reporting of occupational diseases and medical conditions, and an arrangement whereby the Commission can authorise additional follow up information on incidents of special interest to policy concerns.

The proposals, which have been developed after extensive informal consultations with bo sides of industry, include o tions on the type of injuries th should be reported.
