A fast all-purpose primer filler for the refinish market developed by the ICI paints division can be used under all types of top coat, and its warm-toned beige colouring makes it suitable for application under any colour—including pastel shades and metallics. The new allpurpose filler caued Hi-Build Filler Beige has been specifically formulated for economy, durability and fast drying, say the makers.
Economies are claimed because Hi-Build produces a maximum first coat opacity and an excellent high gloss with the finish. This apparently substantially reduces preparation time, which allows a quicker throughput for the refinisher.
The material is very easy to apply and can be used under any top coat, such as Belco, Belcryl, Permobel and Dulux Low Bake. It dries hard right through within 30 minutes of air-drying, and fiats quickly and easily.
