Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Latest deliveries from the Dyson range of detachable crank low-bed semi-trailers are a 60-ton model with unsprung walking beam type suspension and a 20-ton model with the standard four-spring bogie.

Both are fitted with hinged extension arms along the lower deck to increase the available width by a total of 18in., but the 20-ton model is particularly versatile due to the 8ft 6m. removable extension piece in the lower deck. With the deck at ifs normal length of 21ft 6in. the outfit can operate under the normal C and U regulations, but with the deck extended to 30ft long and 9ft 8in. wide, it is used under the "special types" order to carry large boilers, etc.

• The 60-tonner is equipped with 14.00x 20/22-ply tyres and, to assist in changing these large tyre assemblies, a removable section is incorporated into the upper deck over the inner wheels and a plug-in lifting davit with chain and block is provided.

Both models have S-cam brakes on all wheels, with three-line air pressure operation.
