Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

r-t A NEW Atlas Express depot, built to

replace the company's existing premises in Bradford and Wakefield, was opened in Birstall, Yorkshire, on Monday by Ald. T. Conlon, the Mayor of Batley.

The outline plan of this depot is similar to other Atlas premises built since 1955 at Manchester, Dunstable, Leicester and Nottingham, the buildings being set out in the shape of the letter T. Entry and exit gates are situated at each side of the office block and allow unrestricted one-way circulation of vehicles around the perimeter of the loading dock. At the extremity of the gates, away from the offices, there is a repair shop on one side and a mess room and toilets on the other. The loading dock is 144 ft. long by 60 ft. wide, which will accommodate a carousel conveyor or a truck drag line to be installed at a later date if considered beneficial to future working of the depot.

Occupying an area of two acres the site is part of a new industrial estate, which is ideally located for collection and delivery service in the West Riding. The depot is in the province of Mr. V. A. Neatherway, the northern regional director, who welcomed Aid. Conlon and numerous guests.
