The Yorkshire Licensing Authority is ,t3 hold an inquiry at Leeds Town Hall,. at 10.30 a.m. on August 30. to C011sider the deletion of vehicles from the licences of two hauliers, under Section 10 (3) of the 1933 Act.
It is proposed to deprive Mr. W. K. Birkensha w • 107, Springvale Road,Sheffield, of a 1-ton vehicle, and W. Edwards and Son. Ltd., Clarence Street Garage., Dinnington, Sheffield, of a vehicle weighing 1 ton 19 cwt. unladen, The Licensing Authority is entitled to take this action if vehicles be idle for any reason other than a fluctuation in business.:
