Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In the league of big loads I reckon this one would rank pretty high in the premier division. Spotted by one of The Hawk's many spies, this pre-assembled module was being moved from Grangemouth Docks to BP Explorations' Kinneil Gas Plant in Central Scotland. At 10m high and 20m long, the load is estimated to weigh about 250 tonnes. it was transported by Van Seumeren on a side-by-side pair of 15-bogie self-propelled flat-top units. Not one to pull up next to at the traffic lights if you suffer from an inferiority complex about the size of your vehicle. Of course I'm not talking about yours truly, it's just that I have this friend... (drives a Robin byany chance—Ed).
