ly tipping, though not as common as during the construction boom years of the 1980s, is still a scourge on the landscape in town and country. It takes many forms but this must be a classic case, where not only the load but the container itself has been dumped.
Judging by the sorry state of the rear door whoever was responsible decided that this was one container that could rolloff, never to roll-on again. True to form, the public at large has joined in on the act and unloaded items of household furniture on top of the load. How thoughtful.
