• ATL subsidiary Airebus of Leeds, which was severely criticised by the Traffic Commissioner last October when it had its licence application cut from 50 to 13 vehicles has surrendered six services.
In a move to improve profitability, the company had intended to relinquish the work in May and replace it with allday commercial work, but four prohibitions by traffic examiners led to difficulties in maintaining services.
