Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Tico Cranes of South Killingholme, South Humberside has produced a centre-mounted loader for block and brick-carrying semitrailers that will allow four extra pallets to be carried alongside the centre pillar.

The system, which was developed jointly with APA Hydraulics, has its outriggers mounted beneath the platform, thus allowing the crane to occupy ()Illy 500rnm2 in the centre.

Tico 671, 877, 1080 and 1585 models can be supplied to the new design, and there is no reduction in the crane's full slewing action. In addition to carrying more packs, the extra clearance allows long sections of timber or concrete to be handled.

Tico and APA have applied the same principal to the 671 and 877 roll-loader models, gaining extra space for two more packs.
