• As part of the rationalization programme currently being carried out by DAF and Volvo following the recent signing of the agreement between the two companies, DAF has taken over the Volvo network in Holland.
Under a reciprocal agreement, Volvo will take over the DAF marketing network in Scandinavia.
Plans have been announced to double the Dutch company's present production capacity to a level of 200,000 units a year by 1980.
