Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A REDESIGNED version of their I-1 18E100 Hymatic Hydrovane compressor has been introduced by The Hymatic Engineering Co., Ltd., Redditch, Worcs. The mobile compressor will operate a wide range of pneumatic tools and is also suitable for other applications such as tyre inflation and spray painting.

Known as the 18E100 (Mark Ill) model, the compressor is driven by a 4 h.p. electric motor and is mounted on a tubular steel frame. As with all Hymatic Hydrovanes, the Mark III has an oil-sealed rotary compressor which has a high volumetric efficiency and requires little maintenance. It is vibration-free, air cooled and extremely quiet in operation. The compressor has a displacement of 18 c.f.m. and gives a working pressure of 100 p.s.i.

The 18E100 (Mark III) weighs 238 lb., is 3 ft 2 in. long, 2 ft. wide and has a height of 3 ft. 1 in. In spite of the improved performance as compared with the previous model, the price remains at £165 17s.
