Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Yorkshire Traction has taken delivery of 10 Scania 'FlexCi'-based 1 1 .5m citybuses. The 480mm frame height Scania chassis allows entry heights equal to low floor buses but without their complicated suspension. Power is provided by an in-line Scania DSC71-11 234hp engine housed beneath raised rear floor and drives through a ZF 4 HP 500 transmission without recourse to a T drive. Some body builders have achieved the rise with steps, some with a ramp. All have gone for a twostep entrance which can be made lower by the bus's nearside kneeling ability.
