• Cannons of Abingdon has provided two specialised ink tankers for BASF. They will be used to import ink products from Europe until BASF's new £20 million factory is completed at Slinfold in Horsham, Sussex. Each tank is highly insulated and equipped to maintain products at an even temperature by means of electric pads fitted to the inner barrel.
These pads can be heated up during ferry crossings.
