Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Vehicle Engineering of Shildon, County Durham. The 23-seater has been developed by CVE from a Steyr vehicle, for which CVE has the design rights. CVE plans to build up to 600 Omnis a year, in an operation which cost £4 million to set up.

The 6.6m Omni features integral construction with welded box-section steel frame. Front-wheel drive and 16in wheels give the Omni a low (300mm) floor height.

• A 20-minute instructional video on how to pass the HGV test has been produced by the Road Transport Industry Training Board. Driving to Success explains the necessary driving skills and the structure of test.

The trainee's role in the film is played by an actor who has an HGV licence: the instructor is actor Roger Walker, who works as a motorcyle-test examiner when not on television.

The video costs £335 exVAT, or £70 ex-VAT on five-day hire. It is available from RTITB, Publications Department, MOTEC High Ercall, Telford, Shropshire, phone (0952) 770441.
