When we at Volkswagen checked your figures we found the Transporter's parts to be the cheapest among the nine selected one-tonne vans, and not fourth as published.

Presumably you obtained the dealer quotes before our recent announcement of an average parts price reduction for Transporter and Caravelle ranges of 27% which you reported in June Workshop.
