Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• I would like to reply to the article you had in your magazine of the 28 July about coaches being overloaded.

I think, being an ex-coach driver and now a lorry driver, that coaches should be plated for the weight that they can carry on each axle. This way the driver knows, whereas now he has to guess what weight his bus can carry with passengers on board.
