Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MONITRONIX FUEL MONITOR • A new fuel monitor, which is designed specifically for bus companies and small transport operators, has been introduced by Monitronix Services of Frome, Somerset.

Called the FM1500, it is a free-standing unit which records details of every fuel transaction by day, date, time and quantity of fuel drawn for each vehicle. To ensure that fuel is only drawn by authorised personnel, the monitor identifies each driver by the use of coded plastic keys or magnetic cards. At the end of any given period the FM1500 will then print out the total fuel drawn by each card holder.

WHEN I'M CLEANING CURTAINS • A new product called CurtainClean enables operators to get the same finish on vinyl fabric as they get on paintwork. The manufacturer, Industrial Chemicals, claims the product can scrub the dirt off curtainsides, without scrubbing off company logos.

UNDER PRESSURE • Kew Cleaning Systems of Penrith offers a complete range of pressure cleaners for trucks, vans, PSVs and off-highway vehicles. Best suited to HGVs is the mid-range mobile cleaner with boilers for steam cleaning at pressures ranging from 69bar to 175bar.

COMPUTER OPERATING • Dealerman software, developed by Distributive Computer Systems, is now available in a range wide enough to suit motor dealers and transport operators of all sizes.

Dealerman is compatible with the IBM AS/400 computer, the smallest of which will accomodate 12 users, while the top-of-the-range model will support up to 400 terminals.

FEEL THE BEAT • Adrec International is offering Redcat, a cab heater priced at 2149 and costing 7p per hour to run. The manufacturer says it provides safe warmth with the engine off.
