Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CORNWALL Bus and Coachways is trying to persuade motorists to get out of their cars and on to their feet. This is not as odd as it seems.

The idea is that drivers should park and then take one of 17 coastal path walks covering 96 miles of some of the Duchy's most spectacular scenery. Each walk starts or ends at a bus stop from which to travel from or to the parked car.

Drivers can "stroll a stretch of the path and not have to retrace their steps" says Western National. This is just as well, as one of the strolls is 121/4 miles.
