Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RECOVERY equipment specialist Brimec has introduced a twin-axle light vehicle recovery trailer which can be hydraulically tilted to give a reduced loading angle of 10 deg.

The tiltbed trailer has a gross weight of 2,500 kg (49.25cwt) and a payload of 1,700 kg (33.49cwt). A small sliding crane has been incorporated into the frame rails which can be used to raise the front of an accident damaged vehicle to aid loading.

The galvanised trailer is fitted with three small hand-operated cranes. Two are used to raise the front of the accident damaged vehicle, while the third is mounted at the front of the trailer and is used to winch in the vehicle along the load platform.

Wheel tracks at the rear of the trailer have been widened to accept an unladen twin-wheeled 3.5-tonne vehicle. Price of the tiltbed trailer, which has overrun brakes, is £2,225 (excluding vat). All twin-wheeled recovery trailers are supplied with full wiring and rear lights.
