WHALE Tankers is continuing the production of Molex helical rotor sludge pumps following the purchase of all designs and manufacturing rights previously held by Molex and Molex Pumps which has gone into liquidation.
Marketing of Molex pumps will continue under the Molex name, although the Molex range of tanker bodies will be discontinued.
Supply of complete pumps and spares will be uninterrupted according to Whale which has re-started production and organised spares facilities at its Solihull factory.
To assist existing Molex Tanker operators, Whale has also taken over all stocks of tanker parts and components.
