ONLY a few places still remain for CM's 1978 Fleet Management Conference to be held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on September 13 – but registrations must be received by September 6.
The theme of the conference is The Next Decade and the speakers include William Schwab of the Cummins Corporation, David Foden of Fodens Ltd, Peter Land of NFC, Len Harper of RHA, Alan Kevan of FTA and Joe Peeler of the Department of Transport.
Subjects will include many facets of the current problems of management including the Certificate of Professional Competence, the Foster Report, energy conservation and management problem solving.
Attendance at the conference has been approved by the Road Transport Industry Training Board for grant purposes — but if you want to attend, register now. Reservations must be received by September 6.
