Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

No plumbing or mains electrical supply is required for the Klerk Equipment push-button vehicle washer. Water is supplied to the washer unit through a pressurelock which acts as a detergent actuator. A timer may be set to switch off the washer after a preset period. Hot water, thermostatically controlled, is available as an option. The standard unit with two 25ft pvc hoses for the rinse gun and flexy brush costs £150.

A vehicle interior cleaner incorporating a twin-motor industrial vacuum unit possessing a similar time-control to the washer is also available. Together with fittings the cleaner, which may be wall mounted or supplied with castors for wheeling, costs £160.
