Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Known as Power Gear, an air/hydraulic system developed by Rubery-Owen Rockwell for semi-trailer landing legs is said to reduce coupling time to 2min.

A wide range of units is available that is designed to cater for the requirements of any operator of semi-trailers equipped with an air-pressure brake system. An air pressure of 70 psi produces an hydraulic pressure of 2500 psi which provides a lifting capacity of 50,000lb. The system is automatically locked in position when the air lines are uncoupled. A booster control allows the fifth-wheel to be relieved of the weight of the semi-trailer. Leg travel is 20in. and the legs can be powered individually to allow adaptation to uneven ground.
