T. Hancock, chief engineer of West Yorkshire Road Car Co. Ltd. has been appointed chief engineer to Western National Omnibus Co. Ltd. and its associate company in succession to G. C. Brown who has retired; W. G. Stephen, chief engineer of Brighton Hove and District Omnibus Co. Ltd., has been appointed chief engineer to West Yorkshire Road Car Co. Ltd. from October 1; C. A. Bishop, assistant chief engineer of the Western and Southern National companies, has been appointed chief engineer to Brighton Hove and District from October 1.
Manager for the past eight years of the Kings Lynn (Norfolk) terminal of Shell-Mex and BP Ltd., C. Cavill has retired after 40 years, having started with Shell-Mex Ltd.
