AGREEMENT. AT COVENTRY E'OLLOW1NG a meeting last week between Coventry Transport Committee and union officials, it was stated that as the result of recent discussions, the difficulties between the parties, which were referred to the National Joint Industrial Council for the Road Transport Industry, had been satisfactorily cleared up. The meeting was held to discuss means whereby the representatives of the two sides could work more amicably in future, with a view to operating the transport services in the best interests of the public.
