Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Adey, Surnames, Bus

Reporting to the motorbus committee of the Merthyr Corporation, Mr. D. F. Adey, the bus superintendent, expresses the opinion that buses suitable for ordinary service conditions are not suitable for carrying workmen, especially those with dirty clothes. To carry workmen and .make the service a financial success, Mr. Adey said, it was necessary to have a large-capacity vehicle and a certain amount of overloading. The bodies must be capable of being easily cleaned, be of robust construction and free from draughts, with rough but some form of upholstering. The chassis should be powerful and have a long wheelbase to enable a large body to be carried. The price of the whole omnibus must be low.
