"Before the truck is deployed at each site, the drivers and maintenance staff receive intensive training."
With regard to improvements in fuel economy, Pizzey says: "Early indications are that the truck has improved the MPG. "We've also put a driver feedback form in place; most of the comments we have received are very positive indeed.
He adds: "The most-liked items are the reversingcamera, as well as the ground coupling system. We already specify a sliding coupling box on all trailer builds, and we'll consider a change in spec to include the ground coupling system once we have completed the trial."
