Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

utler Plant Hire of Deeside, Clwyd, operates what may be one of the most expensive commercial vehicles at work in Britain today — a Terberg F1850-based, 8x4 hydraulic work platform which extends to 62m and costs £1,000 a day to hire.

Butler Plant bought the unit in 1989 from Simon Engineering of Dudley, West Midlands — an investment of some £500,000 — but it is in demand throughout the UK for awkward jobs such as those very high camera positions the TV companies are fond of at sporting events. "Business is really excellent — if they were a bit cheaper, we'd get another one," says Butler's sales manager, Andy Ainsworth.

The vehicle is seen here in Gloucester, preparing to do a job for the Bank of England — no doubt helping to shore up the pound.
