OH! HAPPY DAY, di-tertiary butyl peroxide may now be carried by road in tankers or tank containers. But the Health and Safety Executive still stands between you and uncontrollable ecstasy. It requires the tank to be insulated so that "in a one hour fire engulfment situation" the temperature of the peroxide will not exceed 50°C. I just don't care.
