Van Hool delay

PRODUCTION of Van Hool's new bus range has been set back by delays in the cornpanys move to larger premises in Dublin.

Three new buses are to be produced, a double-deck, a coach and a city bus, all with the same General Motors power and transmission pack. The first prototype city bus is now expected to appear in about a year.

Green Line cuts

THE GREEN Line coach network will be further reduced today with the withdrawal of services from route 703 from London to Dorking and cutbacks in services 721 and 725.
