The Ewart Chambelt Co Ltd has announced that comprehensive, illustrated instructions will be supplied with all materialshandling equipment produced by the company. A series of four-page leaflets cover chain and sprocket wheels, chain and bucket elevators, belt and bucket elevators, belt conveyors, mould conveyors, screw conveyors, vertical screw elevators, draglink /scraper /flight conveyors and slat /overlapping tray conveyors.
The leaflet covering belt conveyors deals with the subject under the headings of installation, tracking of the belt, joining the belt, belt tension, idlers drive gear, chain drives, general points, maintenance and lubrication. Other leaflets give general recommendations on lubrication for materials-handling equipment and installation and maintenance of the company's Springmount and Torquemount vibro conveyors.
