● Andy Edwards Haulage, based in Rothesay, will appear before the TC at an inquiry on 5 November. Disciplinary action will be on the agenda.
● A public inquiry on 6 November will discuss disciplinary action against David Rooke trading as D Rooke Transport in Castle Douglas, consider a community authorisation and look at disciplinary action against related business Justin D Rooke, trading as Justin Rooke Transport, based in Castle Douglas. Again community authorisation will be looked at.
● On 7 November, the TC will consider disciplinary action against the Car and Van Rental Co based in Haddington.
● At a PI on 7 November Neil Duffus trading as Duffus Farms, based in Aberdeen, will submit a new application.
● Huntly-based Gary Fisher Transport will make a new application at a PI on 19 November.
● Carson Lifting and Transport Solutions, based in Glasgow, will appear before the TC at a PI on 19 November.

● Disciplinary action against Doncaster-based Trackwork will be considered at a hearing on 2 November, along with the transport manager’s repute.
