Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Friction lining supplier Roadlink has moved into a new purpose-built £.3/4m headquarters and has increased its range of products to include drums, discs, complete shoes and trailer parts.

In the past Roadlink has only supplied shoes, friction materials and rivets but 1,100m2 (12,000sq ft) of the building has been allocated for relining shoes. "With the COSHH regulations the motor factors, our customers, either have to invest in new equipment or give up

relining brake shoes," says Roadlink md David Sedgley. "For those who do give up, we can now supply ready-lined shoes."

Training for its customers' staff in the relining of brake shoes will be carried out in the new building. The two-day courses designed in conjunction with the USE, RTITB and the Motor Factors' Association.

The move into drums, discs and trailer components is already proving successful with over 1,000 parts in stock.
