Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• As reported in Commercial Motor last week, the new importer for Mahindra vehicles is Crusader Automotive, formed specifically to import the 4x4 vehicles from India. The product range comprises the 2,032mm-wheelbase Indian Brave and the 2,311rnrnwheelbase Indian Chief.

Prices are unchanged at 27,480 (ex-VAT) and 27,749 (ex-VAT) respectively. Future plans include a hardtop for the Indian Brave, which should be available soon, and a new model to be powered by a 2.5-litre Peugeot diesel engine. C1 Following the sale of the Mahindra importer to Crusader Automotive, negotiations are taking place for the sale of the Dacia concession. Both companies were part of the Mil group which went into receivership in August. Receiver Martin Lloyd of Pannell Kerr Foster has told Commercial Motor that "detailed negotiations" are taking place with several prospective buyers and he hopes to conclude a sale shortly, possibly by the end of this week. Dacia has been directly involved in the negotiations and a delegation from the Romanian company was in the UK recently.
