Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Coachcraft, the luxury minibus conversion company which went into voluntary liquidation in July, has been bought back by its previous owner and relaunched under a new name.

It is now operating as Central Coachbuilders with four of the 22 staff employed by Coachcraft. Owner Mike Mullins and his wife have set up in partnership, after operating as a limited company for 10 years.

The Doncaster-based firm has moved into new premises and plans to convert up to 50 vehicles a year, compared with 85 last year. It will no longer offer part exchange; Mullins says that Coachcraft had trouble selling the secondhand vehicles.
