rRANSPORT Development 3roup chairman James Duncan ;onfirmed this week that the 3roup is going ahead with its !21.8m bid for the Giltspur iroup.

Giltspur directors have aleady described the offer as 'inadequate", but Mr Duncan ;aid it would be put to sharelolders as Maxwell Joseph, who )wns 4.3m Giltspur shares has already indicated that he would accept.
