I don't mind our sub putting years on me occasionally — I'm sure I do the same to him. But when he adds 20 years, in print, to Jack Mather of BRS, as in our People column last week, I'm moved to apologize. Sorry, Jack: you don't look a day over 38 (thirty-eight, Mr Printer).
