Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN EXTRAORDINARY general meeting of the Public Road Transport Association to consider winding up the Association and transferring its assets to the Confederation of British Road Passenger Transport, is to be held in London .on November 14. Two resolutions proposing these moves will be put to the meeting and these have the full support of the PRTA 'council.

In a letter to members Mr R. Bailey, PRTA chairman, says that, as the Confederation is now functioning, it is time to voluntarily wind up the Association.

The meeting, which will also appoint a liqUidator, will he held at the British Airways terminal, Buckingham Palace Road and starts at 4 pm.
