Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FTA is to launch a series of Local seminars in its south eastern region to brief members on the range of new transport legislation taking effect during 1974 and 1975.

Five half-day seminars will take place in November at Southampton, Gravesend, Luton, Norwich and Oxford.

Two of the lectures will deal with changes in requirements concerning driver, operators' and trans port managers' licensing, annual hgv testing procedures, vehicle weights and dimensions, lorry routeing, restrictions, working hours and tachographs.

A third session will cover the making and administration of law.

The seminar fee, including lecture notes and supper, is f12 plus VAT; details can be obtained from FTA, Sunley House, Bedford Park, Croydon.
